National Secretary | National Mother
President, Women's Department
The major responsibilities of the National Mother is to help build the women's ministry through the utilization of auxiliaries, units, evangelism, and prayer. The church Mothers can only operate effectively with the authority given by the Presider. The national Mother shall be a women who is spirit-filled, sound minded, full of wisdom and whom is respected in the church to give guidance to the women's ministry.
As National Secretery, the main focus is to develop and maintain data pertaining to God's Grace Apostolic Fellowship and it's members. The National Secretary is the official keeper of the GGAF seal.

Assistant National Mother

The Assistant National Mother is set to assist the National Mother in leading the women's work. The assistant shall have good organizational skills using those skills to develop a strong spirit-filled, progressive women's departments to help build the ministry in the local and national church.

The Assistant shall be able to serve in ministry and missionary projects. They serve as a guiding light to help others see the spirit of God and show other how to live holy lives pleasing to God.

The role of the financial secretary is to receive, record, and deposit all funds collected by the congregation in a timely, thorough and confidential manner. The financial secretary works with the treasurer and committee on finance to develop policies and procedures so that funds can be made available to support the ministry.

Deacon Donald A. Robinson
The role of the Publications President is to ensure that the church, local and national, is being advertised in a way that serves God's purpose. They will oversee communications that go from the church to the public and the congregation, promote church related events and opportunities, collaborate with the church leadership team to plan communication of issues, programs, ministry needs and stewardship stories.

The President of Publications will also be responsible for managing the church website as well as all social media outlets.

As Vice President of Publications this leader will assist in leading the way for communicating using new technologies. The leader will link with organizations, people and resources in and beyond the congregation, assist in collaborating with the leadership team to plan services, programs and ministry needs as well as assisting in communications that go from the congregation to its members such as print, electronic newsletter and announcements.

The Minister of Music is responsible for the musical aspects of worship services. They are directing the choir activities and organizing ensembles and bands, choosing music for events and services, equipping the church for music ministry, and managing budgeting and resources related to music.

The Minister of Music will also be responsible for administering the music ministry by promoting team work and mutual respect.

Elder Darline Johnson
President, YEC Department
The Youth Department President is responsible for creating a safe environment for young people where they can feel comfortable and engaged. The leader is to provide guidance and support to the youth to help them grow and develop, organize activities and events that promote personal development and positive relationships in within their communities and encourage youth to take on leadership roles within the church. The Youth President should collaborate with other youth organizations to create opportunities for youth and delegate responsibilities to others to ensure shared ownership.

The Vice President shall assist the President in the planning of events and meetings. They are to run meetings in the absence of the Youth President. The Vice President shall assist in encouraging and developing the youth to take on leadership roles, provide guidance and support to the departments and it's participants as well as provide spiritual development.

Overseer Joyce Hixon
National Missionary | Vice President, Women's Department
The primary responsibility of a missionary is to share the Gospel of Jesus, especially with those who've never heard it. They can go about this project in various ways based on skills, talents and passions that God gave them. Missionaries are to ensure that their actions not only fulfill a need but are sustained after leaving the community. Missionaries are to also provide assistance to communities in need.

Assistant National Missionary
The Assistant National Missionary shall provide support to the missionary department and be available to take lead when the Missionary is unavailable. The Assistant Missionary shall be available to assist in teaching, community building and spiritual guidance.

Elder Margaret McNeil
National Missionary Advisor
The Missionary Advisor is someone who has deep knowledge and specializes in specific areas and then use that knowledge to benefit other people and the organization. They are responsible for advising the missionaries on issues such as community needs and spiritual growth. They are to help the department implement strategies, understand the assignment and provides resources and support in order to shape goals of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The primary responsibility is to assist in the design and issuance of certificates and license for all GGAF license holders, take charge in keeping a separate record of when license were issued, to whom and when they will expire.

The main goal of an Overseer is to shepherd, direct, teach and protect the flock of God entrusted to them with integrity and humility. Overseers need to be in touch with the people and bring the need of the people before each other and God in prayer. they oversee the spiritual welfare of the congregation through recommending programs, ministries and teachings that would be helpful. Overseers can also be used to supervise daily operation and providing instructions, guidance and feedback.
